Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WeRappo mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use WeRappo.
• WeRappo is intended for individual users only. Use by companies, organisations, bots, or automated systems is not permitted without prior written consent.
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid phone number to use WeRappo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

One phone number may be associated with only one WeRappo account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use — Content Guidelines

WeRappo is a travel and geography content platform. All content posted must be relevant to travel, exploration, local geography, or related experiences.

You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is unrelated to travel, geography, or exploration.
• Constitutes spam, advertising, or promotional material without authorisation.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users.
• Impersonates another person or creates fake accounts.
• Contains illegal content including but not limited to: pornography involving minors, incitement to violence, fraud, or defamatory material.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains misinformation that could cause harm or public confusion.
• Promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.

5. Content Moderation

Posts go live immediately upon submission and are visible to nearby users. WeRappo does not pre-screen all content, but we actively review reported content.

• Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours of the report being filed.
• Content found to violate these Terms will be removed without notice.
• Users who repeatedly violate content guidelines may be suspended or permanently banned.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• WeRappo offers two paid plans: 11-day plan (₹31) and 31-day plan (₹99).
• Subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
• No refunds will be issued once a subscription has been activated and the plan period has begun.
• If you experience a technical issue during purchase (e.g., payment deducted but plan not activated), please contact us at support@werappo.com within 48 hours with your transaction reference for resolution.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay (India), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), or Google Play Billing (Android), subject to their respective terms.

7. Technical Issues and Support

For any technical issues, bugs, or billing problems, contact us at support@werappo.com within 48 hours of the issue occurring. We cannot guarantee resolution of issues reported beyond this window.

We aim to acknowledge all support requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 72 hours where possible.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

WeRappo administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service.
• Engages in behaviour that harms other users or the platform.
• Creates multiple accounts to evade a prior suspension.
• Is found to be operated by an automated system or bot.

Suspended users will not be entitled to a refund of any active subscription. Termination decisions made in good faith are final, though you may appeal by contacting support@werappo.com.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on WeRappo. By posting content, you grant WeRappo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app for the purposes of operating the service.

The WeRappo name, logo, and app design are the exclusive intellectual property of WeRappo and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WeRappo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of location-based features, or the safety of meeting other users in person.

WeRappo is not responsible for the actions of users you meet through the app. Always exercise personal judgement and caution when meeting strangers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeRappo's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for a subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
